Surroundings Help newbie to exercise
“No, Thank you” this is the oft heard reply that you shall
come across in the world today if you offer anyone sweets, fried or any eatable
that seems to be to heavy/greasy in nature. Health and Fitness have become a
second nature to everyone and a self conscious effort is being witnessed across
the world populace. As the healthy lifestyle mantra and fitness regime takes
over the psyche of the public, a new trend has emerged, about making the
exercise regimen as easily accessible as possible. The general intent seems to
be to add the FUN element into exercising. New innovations in exercising and
gymming and nuvo exercise equipment can be seen everywhere and this adds an
amazing amount of attraction for the already exhilarated gym frenzy generation.
From open to park to home to commercial gyms, there are
several new avenues available for anyone looking to join a gym. Everyone has a
different set of needs to enhance their gymming experience and a surrounding
that suits their exercise taste buds is the incentive that pushes towards a
healthier lifestyle. Going to the gym does not necessarily mean that you want
to look like the next Greek God; it also does not mean that you beat your body
into an 8 pack, 18 inch bicep totting smoldering hunk or a toned abs and chiseled
featured lass. Exercising is an awareness in you that you need to eat and live
healthy; it is like a prayer, only this time the prayer is directed towards the
human body temple that nature has provided us. The nurturing and cleaning of
this temple ensures that you live long and disease free and have a hassle free
life.
Open gyms is a relatively new concept and has caught on like
jeans caught the population psyche, it is going to stay on for ages. There is
something very peaceful and Zen like in exercising in an open air gym. There
are three kinds of open air gyms: the
First is an open air private gym made by an individual in their residing area,
the Second is a commercial gym which gives you the option of working out in an
open area surrounded by nature and the Third is a public park or recreational
area where a gym along with other exercise equipment is provided by and built
by the government in charge. The last open gym mentioned does not have a free
weight training scenario; it only has machines along with barbells and other
freehand exercise equipment. Each of
these three options has an attraction for a newbie to exercise like no other,
the surroundings and fresh air provide an atmosphere akin to meditation. The
equipment for open air gyms is however different to a covered area gym, the
equipment has to be water and weather resistant
as long exposure to natural elements causes corrosion and faster damage
to gym equipment. Open air gyms have a different build setup sometimes you can
find a shed coverage in an open air gym but most of the time they are
completely open. The way to beat the effects of nature for the carefully
purchased gyms equipments quite simple: the rods and equipment should be high
quality and anti-corrosive coating is a must.
Open air gyms are built with flooring which is usually left
raw and covered with Rubber Flooring, this kind of flooring is completely
resilient to any type of weather condition and has a really long life. The
machines are then bolted into the floor through the rubber flooring. The
effects of nature on this kind of flooring are negligible. Also the flooring
acts as a shock absorber for any kind of equipment being dropped on it as quite
a few people use a lot of new age equipment when training in the open. The rubber
flooring also has the same benefits in the other two gym categories mentioned
earlier. The added advantage is that the flooring is low maintenance and last
really long.
Along with the flooring the other equipment that one should
purchase for all the three gym categories is rubber weights and plates and good
quality barbells. Rubber weights can withstand any kind of weather change and
nature badgering, the resilience is quite extraordinary, add to that the long
life of rubber and you pretty much have a gym which will last you a lifetime.
Rubber weights and plates also have the advantage of not causing harm to any
surface they are placed on and you can rest assured if you drop them their
isn’t going to be a thing in the world to worry about also the added benefit is
that you don’t get that loud clunky noise when you use metal weights which rust
and have a very short lifespan and once dropped cause damage to the area and
also get chipped away with aging.
So go ahead and get yourself the health and fitness you’ve
dreamt of.
